Laser alignment

Ligthart Group BV has equipment at its disposal with which various constructions can be aligned. Laser alignment is a technique used to improve the accuracy of various structures by making them perfectly straight and aligned. This process is essential for machines, equipment and structures where even small deviations can lead to major problems such as vibration, wear of parts and reduced efficiency.

The work we carry out to align according to the required specifications:

• Shaft alignment: aligning the axes of rotation of various components, such as motors, pumps and other machinery.
• Gears: We look at the position of the gears and adjust them if necessary so that they fit together properly. This is important to transfer force and movement efficiently and evenly.
• Rotating machines: such as fans, centrifuges, and other equipment with rotating parts, to minimize vibration and imbalance and extend machine life.
• Pipelines: By aligning we ensure that all parts of the pipeline are properly in place and straight, which prevents leaks, improves flow and makes the transport system work more efficiently
• Or other structures: Other structures include conveyors, frames, structural components, to ensure that they meet the required specifications and function properly.

After completing the work, you will receive a report documenting the measurements, any deviations and the corrections made. This way you have a complete overview of the work carried out and you can trust that your construction is functioning optimally.
